Magic Guanto Srl - Ride In Italian™
STEP 1.0

CONTACT

To inquire about creating a custom kit for your amateur or professional cycling team, bicycle club, company brand, mass-participation bicycle ride, race leader jerseys or special event with MagicGuanto®, simply email us at info@magicguanto.com. Generally, we respond to email inquiries within 24-hours Monday through Friday, or the next business day.

STEP 2.0

ESTIMATE

After better understanding your needs, our custom clothing department will e-mail you an order form that details the MagicGuanto® lines, articles, sizes, minimum order quantities (MOQ) and prices. Simply populate the order form for the article(s) in the sizes and quantities desired, and an estimate will be calculated for base pricing.

Step 2.1

SURCHARGES

Depending on your individual club or team needs there may be up-charges to our base prices. Surcharges may include artwork and design, fabrics, pads, printing, stitching and shipping, for example. It is important to identify these charges in advance, if any, so that we may be able to prepare an accurate quote for your custom clothing project.

STEP 3.0

INVOICE

Upon identifying all your custom clothing project requirements, our accounting department will send you a pro-forma invoice. The invoice details the collections, articles, sizes, quantities, unit and extended prices, surcharges, if any, and shipping charges that will be incurred in the production of your kit, and the fulfillment of your order.

Step 3.1

DEPOSIT

In order to move your custom clothing project from concept to design, MagicGuanto® requires a 50% deposit of the invoice amount. The invoice will be sent to you via PayPal, so payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa is accepted. Please note that the deposit is not refundable in the event your club or team cancels your order.

STEP 4.0

DESIGN

The receipt of your deposit by MagicGuanto® gets the design phase of your custom cycling clothing underway proper. Our design department will identify your club or team colors and logos, and a mock-up of your kit will be prepared for your review. If you are able to create the design in-house, this is preferred, then your club or team may skip to 4.2 Approval.

Step 4.1

PROOF

The proof is a final render of your club or team kit on MagicGuanto® templates. The proof needs to be in vector format, so all artwork and logos must be supplied as .ai or .eps file types. If your club or team will create the proof in-house, then the MagicGuanto® templates will be provided to you for this purpose.

Step 4.2

APPROVAL

Your club or team approval of the proof is a very important stage for not only does it conclude the design process, no further changes to your kit may be made after this time. MagicGuanto® requires that this approval be made by an authorized agent from your club or team, and that the approval comes to us via e-mail with the final proof attached.

Step 4.3

PAYMENT

Unlike other custom cycling clothing manufacturers that require the invoice balance to be paid in-full prior to shipping, MagicGuanto® requires this payment prior to production. Simply stated, MagicGuanto® is a small, family-owned company that cannot commit financial resources to product in the event a club or team cancels their order post-production. Scusa!

STEP 5.0

PRODUCTION

With the receipt of your final payment MagicGuanto® moves to the production phase of your custom cycling clothing. Depending on the time of the professional cycling season, actual production may take as few as 21-days, but not more than 45-days; the average time in production is 30-days from the date of final payment receipt.

STEP 6.0

SHIPPING

Once the production of your club or team kit is complete, MagicGuanto® prepares your order for shipment. We confirm your shipping information (e.g., Company, Contact, Street and Number, Zip Code, City, Province, Country, Email and Telephone) and method, and provide you with a tracking number. On average, shipping takes 5-7 business days.
